Custom Study no loading

I am unable to load a custom study. The study name is EMinPlayer.dll. It is in the SierraChart/Data folder and the message log indicates it is allowed per the below section of the log, however it isn't loaded. I have contacted the supplier and he has successfully loaded into Sierra. How can this be remedied?

That suggestion didn't work. I did some digging and found something in the Control Panel regarding Enabled Studies and Files set to Download page. At the very bottom is List of Files Downloaded on Software Startup and no files are set to automatically download based on your account name. Is this the problem? If it is what has to be done to correct it?

The fact that you are not having that file automatically downloaded from our servers is not the issue. All that means is that you are not setup to get the file automatically.

Since you have the file on your computer and in the right place, but you are unable to load the custom study, then there is some problem with the custom study. You need to work with the developer to figure out what that is.
