Failure to connect to data and trade server

Loaded TWS and Sierra into my new computer.Checked all the ports,sockets, password etc.- they are ok.Cannot get connected but I am able to log into both Tws and Sierra. I have downloaded the latest version of TWS - 936.9 and Sierra charts - 1107. THe only strange thing I noticed is at the top of the sierra log-in after the date and time it says [sim]. Hope you can help me with this problem. thank you. Copy of error message below.
