Hi, At 12.01 GMT, the sierra chart data feed on indices has stopped working. Any ideas as to reason? Thanks |

At that specific time and for the following 20 minutes, the following symbols had no data - GER30, FRA40, UK100, EUSTX50 & US30...there masy have been more, but they were the ones I had open.

We can confirm there was an outage from about 12:02 to 12:22 UTC time for the symbols. This was an outage from FXCM. We cannot restore the missing data.
