I am still on delayed data after purchase of data feeds.

acct name- Desmond.L007 Hello, I am still on delayed data after buying all the real time feeds. It mentioned that i may need a current futures acct, which i have interactive brokers. I called my broker and everything is set up on there end.... I have socket number if needed. I also looked on message board and followed the instructions i found there. I am still missing something because i can not get live data. Please help. Regards, Desmond

You did not go through all of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We are assuming that you want data for the CME Group, in which case you would follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges If you are wanting data for the EUREX or CFE, then you will find those instructions on that same page (scroll up to the top to find the link to the section you need).
