Sierra chart data feed - charts are not live

Hi, I have Sieera chart datafeed and account at interactivebrokers. Historical data downloads fine but chart is not moving,has no live data. This has now been resolved for you. Reconnect to the data feed with the Disconnect and Connect commands on the File menu. If you are missing any data in the Intraday charts refer to help topic 7.1: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html We also see this in the Message Log: Error while getting daily open price with date 2014-03-16 from file. C:\SierraChart\Data\NQH14.dly. Error: Encountered end of file. | 2014-03-19 19:32:51 Select File >> Open Historical Chart and delete the NQH14.dly file.
