I am new to all of this and just signed up for the Level 11 package. Maybe it was the wrong set of services for me. I am primarily interested in trading CME and Binance. When I switched from the SC data feed and configured CQG, I lost access to Binance symbols. Should I be the Advanced service without the Denali feed? I am waiting till the first to start my CME real time data feed though.

This is not related to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, just that you are connected to a service other than "SC Data - All Services".

The best way to handle this is to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the Service set to "SC Data - All Services". You will then have access to the Binance data through that installation. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:

On an aside, we see that you are on Package 11, but you have not activated any exchanges. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then be sure you go through all of the Setup Instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
