sometimes I hit a key accidentally on my keyboard, I think that is how it is activated.. and afterwards until I restart Sierra Chart, whenever I "Show Order Fills" it will draw 0s (or Os?) all along the trade lines.

What is this and how do I disable it?

What is happening is you are selecting one of the Tool Edit Modes (such as Move Drawing, or Adjust Drawing, etc.) and the system is displaying the information for which drawing you want to select. It is showing the Order Fill Connecting lines as an option to select by choosing the 0.

We will look into why the order fill connecting lines are included when selecting a drawing.

In the meantime, when you have this happen, you just need to select a different Tool (such as Pointer) to get out of whatever selection mode you were in.
