Hello,
I have the Denail data paid and the routing with the AMP and CQG Broker. I would like to know how to configure denail and CQG since the level 2 market deep does not appear in the chart, I also want to know if this is the best option since I have seen in the forum that CQG gives problems! Thank you very much for your attention

It is best to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

The reason you are not seeing any Market Depth data is because you have not activated an exchange that includes Market Depth. Right now, you only have the exchange "CME Non-Professional Top-Of-Book". If you need the Market Depth for just the CME exchange, then you will want to deactivate your current selection and then activate the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts".

Just keep in mind that when you activate an exchange, you get charged the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activated it. Therefore, you might want to wait until August 1, 2021 to activate the new exchange, but you will want to Deactivate the current selection now, in order for it to not to auto-renew on August 1, 2021.

Okay ! Thank you very much, once the market depth is activated, should I do some extra configuration in SC to work with the Denali data?

It depends on what you want to see. Refer to the following for customizing the DOM to ensure you have the right columns to display the Market Depth data:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns (Chart Specific)

And refer to the following for the Market Depth Historical Graph:

If I have it well configured, I already worked with it for a while with the SC demo account, I mean if you have to activate something in Sierra so that it knows that it will receive depth of the market and it will work with CQG and Denail? They may be stupid questions but I still can't understand how it works. thanks for the advance

The one item that needs to be set to Yes in order for the system to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed is the following:
File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds

This should be set this way to begin with.

Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
