Turned sim off, and sim automaticcally turned itself back on

Hello, I turned sim off and as soon as I placed my first order sim turned back on. However, I made a bunch of successful trades before realizing it turned itself back to sim. I have a screen recording of all my trades I placed as well as SC turning itself back to sim without me doing it. How do I fix this?

Your setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, your Sierra Chart software is not connected to your trading service, and as such you are unable to place an order.

You need to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to your trading service. What broker or trading service are you using?

AMP global clearing. I run sierra Denali data through you guys however.

You are most likely setup to use CQG for your order routing with AMP. If this is the case, then follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

If I change my current selected service to CQG Wep api, I will still be using sierra Denali for my data correct? It says in image below I have sierra order routing service as well, shouldn't I be using this?

Correct, you will still get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart is setup to handle this situation. Refer to the information here:

It says in image below I have sierra order routing service as well, shouldn't I be using this?

That is just a link to the documentation for that service. It is not stating that you are using that service. You are not using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, nor can you be, as it is not supported with AMP.
