Hi, I would like to use Rithmic - as described here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service It says service package 10 is required, but this is the same price as 5. So I could just switch to 10 and get Denali for free? It says exchange fees are still an extra cost, but I guess I wouldn't need those as I just want to use Rithmic does getting Denali for purposes of using Rithmic (Service Pack 10), without exchanges, require verification of a live broker account? |

Although Package 10 is the same price as Package 5, it does not include the additional features that Package 5 has. It is the same as Package 3, but also has the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee included in it. In order to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you would still need to activate the exchanges you want and pay those exchange fees. You really should use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with Sierra Chart. It is built and maintained by us and will give you the best Sierra Chart experience. To setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, refer to the information at this link: Denali Exchange Data Feed Since you are connecting to Rithmic, you would be automatically verifying your live broker account, so your question is moot. But, to answer your specific question, you do not need the live broker account for the use of Package 10 with Rithmic. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

ah so this won't work with a Rithmic Demo account? although I have a live broker account, it is not on Rithmic as that costs extra money and I'm not using it to trade currently. Currently it just set up for Firetip. So I guess I can't verify it for use with Denali? without having to switch over to Rithmic, CQG or something like that for the verification to work?

so there is no way with the new Rithmic connection functionality to use Rithmic for the datafeed? it is just for routing orders?

This is correct with regards to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You would need to connect to your live trading account for the verification. so there is no way with the new Rithmic connection functionality to use Rithmic for the datafeed? it is just for routing orders?
You can use the Rithmic data, but it is not recommended as we have seen issues with the data that the Denali Exchange Data Feed does not have. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
