I cannot see my bracket orders on my account control/trade panel . Nor can I see my account balance . I have SC order routing and Denali feed . I used to be able to see active and resting bracket orders and my account balance . I don’t want to place any trades until this is fixed . Please help ! Thanks !

Our servers are showing that you are connected to CQG. Therefore, you would NOT be using the Sierra Chart Order Routing service.

Also, what window are you referring to in terms of the "account control/trade panel"?

Well, I was forced to switch to CQG . Where can I see the trade/order log? This is the screen Im referring to

That particular page is not available with CQG. That page is specific to our Sierra Chart Order Routing service, which gives access to the Web-Based portal.

In order to see your trades, you can use either the Trade Activity Log, the Trade Positions window or the Trade Orders window. For your account balance, you would need to use the Trade Account Monitor/Balances window. Refer to the following:

Ok I see . So do I still need to pay for the Denali feed then . I really miss having the Sierra chart order routing . Is their plans in the future to use that without the massive charge ?

Yes, you still need the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data.

The Sierra Chart Order Routing Service is still available, just not through AMP any longer (given your statement about having to switch, we assume you are with AMP). You would just need to change brokers to one of the others that does support it. You will find the list of brokers at Step #2 here:

Also, we are working on a new Direct CME Order Routing Service that will be completely our own (the existing Sierra Chart Order Routing Service uses TT to actually place the orders with the CME Group). To follow the status of this project, refer to the following thread:

10-4 on the Denali feed.

No I actually use Stage 5/Advantage futures. I think it would come out to an extra $50 additional from TT . Now I pay $10 a month I think it is . I loved the SC order routing and trade panel !
