Chart not displaying TPO or Volume Profile but is receiving data

I opened my SC today and have one chart in my Chartbook that displays TPO or VBP.
It is getting data. Also, when I add a new Vbp or TPO onto the chart, it doesn't display. I tried replay, that chart is the only one not displaying TPO and Volume.
I need assistance with a solution. I do not want to have to spend an entire weekend rebuilding this chart.

For TPO charts you need to change your Service Package to service package 11. Instructions are below.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

I don't understand how the service package was changed because it has been on Service PKG 11 because my other 4 TPO and Vbp charts and are working fine. Charts were working fine last night at 11 PM EST.
Only one chart wasn't working properly.
I have gone back and changed the pkg to 11 and updated my payment. It did not fix the issue.

I still need assistance. I've had TPO and Vbp on four of my charts working well Thursday night up to the time I closed SC. Now only 3 have TPO and Vbp being displayed. My fourth and primary chart, still has all of my study overlay references working, it has CPL working but it will not display TPO and Vbp.
Is there any solution for me besides rebuilding this chart?
