I don't understand how the service package was changed because it has been on Service PKG 11 because my other 4 TPO and Vbp charts and are working fine. Charts were working fine last night at 11 PM EST. Only one chart wasn't working properly. I have gone back and changed the pkg to 11 and updated my payment. It did not fix the issue. |
