data feed error

hye i had a problem with data feed i delete and download data historical and so i delete it all and re download for example now i do gbpusd pair delete and download data of 2017 to 2021 data will download but dont show up corretly i attached the pic you see in the data is showing in just one line going uppp thats all dont show me up correctly and when i repaly other pairs too my replay works for some chartbooks and others dont help me to get through this

Looks like there is missing data in the chart. What we want you to do, is set the chart bars 120 minutes per bar to properly confirm if there is missing data. Refer to:

Make sure this setting is set sufficiently high enough:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

i have a problem doing my replays i attached the picture too see it, i got many issue one of the issue my charts dont work properl i downloaded years of historical data still i got just 3 to 4 months past data to replay and even with 3 4 months data cant replay correctly as you se my one chart doesn't show up if i reset it then my replay go on the next month date and then hang just i forward it but stuck, tell me how to fix it i donwloaed annd upgrade sierra chart to current versiont oo still got this its been a month igot this issue i read your tickets of other people but cant fix
