hi there,

when i compare my 1000 volume bars delivered by tt price feed on sierra chart to those delivered by continuum on ninja trader for cl may contract, they look different.
shouldnt they look the same?
can you please post a chart of 1000 volume bars of cl may contract from the sierra chart price feed, so that i can
compare and might switch to sierra price feed for cme.
thanks in advance

TT FIX is a good data feed. Most likely you just need to set Sierra Chart to store data tick by tick:

You also need to re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

What is the Time Zone in the chart and what are the Intraday Session Times set to in Chart >> Chart Settings. This is necessary for us to know so we can post an image which would correspond to your settings.

time zone is brussels. session times from 00.00.00 to 23:59:59.
fdax data from continuum and sierra feed match 1:1, bars look identical

If the question is directed to Sierra Chart support, we will only recommend our own data feed for good quality data:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

Due to various problems with broker data feeds, we will not recommend them.
