Downloading FXCM historical data, might download only back to 17 jan 2021 year.

hello! i try to download FXCM historical data. i tried different settings:use data range, data range in file, delete and download again. but it doesnot help. how to download historical daya for eurusd, gbpusd, chfusd back to 2017 year? |
