Not able to get live data with CQG Web API

Hello,

I am able to log in fine with CQG. However, I am not able to get live data. I am getting these errors messages:

CQG WebAPI | Market data subscription for F.US.MNQZ21 was unsuccessful. Text: Real-time data for instrument F.US.MNQ (corresponding to ID = 4) are not allowed. | 2021-07-20 07:35:06.224
Symbol Error - F.US.MNQZ21 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Real-time data for instrument F.US.MNQ (corresponding to ID = 4) are not allowed. | 2021-07-20 07:35:06.224
HD Request # 47 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.MNQZ21. Instrument F.US.MNQ (corresponding to ID 4) is not allowed. | 2021-07-20 07:35:06.874
