Hello,

Using Trade Window with Support Scale In checked, Use Attached Orders checked

With the above checked, and I have 2 targets Example: 40 tick & 80 ticks

Upon initial entry I enter with 2 contracts, 1 contracts goes to target 1 & 1 contract goes to target 2 as it should. Same if I enter 4 contracts, 2 contracts go to target 1 and 2 contracts go to target 2 as it should.

However, Upon initial entry using 2 contracts, 1 contracts goes to target 1 & 1 contract goes to target 2 as it should, but if I add on by manually clicking MRK BUY to scale in with 2 more contracts, both off these contracts get added on to Target 2 resulting in 1 contract at target 1 and 3 contracts at target 2. Shouldn't the Support Scale In distibute the contacts equally to the targets like the initial order since none of the targets have not been hit?

It does the same thing with 3 targets using multiples of 3. Inially it's one contract at each of the 3 targets. But Scaling In with one more set off 3 contracts all 3 go to the third target resulting in 1 contact at target 1, 1 contract at target 2, and 4 contracts at target 3.

Is it not working correctly or am I missing a setting?

Thank you

First, disable the use of server-side OCO and bracket orders to avoid any interference from those. If those are causing a problem and you want to use those, use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service instead:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

Documentation for these Settings:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side OCO Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)

And you need to set this setting to Even Distribution:

I went to change Use Server Side setting like you suggested and in the General Trade Settings window the first two options are for Scale In & Scale Out. Both were set to Furthest Out. I changed to Even Distribution. This resolved the problem.
