Error message: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Unsupported symbol"

I am getting the following error message on startup: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Unsupported symbol".

What caused the error:
1) I switched brokers from AMP to Infinity Futures.

I must have missed a step in the setup, where can I find the documentation to confirm that setup has been performed correctly?

Steps already taken:
1) Switched Data/Trade Service settings to TransAct WS / added credentials (data is connected [green]; I am able to download historical data and receive live prices)
2) Used Edit / Translate Symbols to Current Service to modify symbol nomenclature
3) Canceled the AMP affiliation via the Sierra Charts website (did not add Infinity Futures affiliation - unsure how to do this or if necessary)

My preliminary assessment of the issue is that my Sierra Charts log-in credentials (not data/trade service auth creds) are somehow still linked to my previous broker (AMP), despite canceling this affiliation on the SC website. Sufficient funds is not the issue since my contract w/ SC is on auto-renew, and I have several months remaining before renewal.

Again, I am able to receive historical downloads and live pricing for my markets, but the error message is annoying.

What is the exact symbol of the chart?

Update to the latest release of Sierra Chart following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SoftwareDownload.php#FastUpdate

And translate the symbols again.

Appreciate the response.

This error is occurring across all symbols (see attachment).

SC version is 2288 (current pre-release). I have re-translated symbols.

The error still persists. Any suggestions?

You need to contact your broker about this.

However, we do recommend, strongly recommend, that you use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data.

I used the Denali Exchange Data for a while. No issues / worked great. My broker mentioned that there was no real difference between Denali and their exchange, except for the significant upcharge for Denali.

Can you post/link the pros/cons of Denali (without the marketing spin)?

Significant up charges? 10 USD/month is not significant. You have comprehensive Historical data without errors, you will have timestamp errors with Transact. You will have full market depth with market by order data. Very low latency data.

If your question/request has been answered and you do not have anything further, then it is easiest for us if you do not reply again to say thank you.

Clear. And agreed, cost is not significant.
