TT data is showing a delay

I have had a persistent problem with TT data being delay 10-20 seconds.

I disconnected and reconnected. My other data is running faster, however, I verified that my internet connection is running correctly. As I typed this my data was 13 seconds slower than my TradeStation account.

Do you have the DD: displayed in your Region Data Line at the top of your chart? If so, what is it showing?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
