Hi I am trying to use the Standard Service Pack 3 and get the Indian Stocks Historical End of Day Data Feed. However it is somehow coming only till Jan 2021 only. Please can u check the attached screenshot and suggest whats wrong. Also, When I click on "Edit --> 'Delete all data & Download' it gives me this error "Download Failed. We have requested authorization for this data from our data provider. When it becomes available, then you need to select Edit >> Download Data for all Historical Charts. We did check on this. This Indian exchange data is just no longer going to be available from Sierra Chart. We would have to work on another source but that is not something we can do in the short term.

Oh ok. What is the other source. I have used Global Data Feeds in the past but that doesn't work at all as it keep getting disconnected and they were quite expensive. Any other feeds that can be explored. You should certainly add India Data feed from Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart is a great software and I have used others too. Just for the lack of Indian data feed, there are many traders from India not being able to use Sierra Chart. Regards Nitin |
