All other crypto data is working fine, however Deribit has stopped in the SC All Services Data. Can this be fixed? Thanks. |

We are not seeing an issue with BTC-PERPETUAL-DBIT. Are you still having an issue? What symbol are you looking at? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

hey, quick follow up on this issue.. i have version 2299 runing...and i get no deribit symbols displayed on the "find symbol" tab i know that y had deribit data feeds in the past...is this a matter of the version i run? or did y stop providing the dat feed altogehter? Tia best reagard |

Since your Service is set to Bitmex Trading, you will not see the other data options. If you want/need to keep your service set to Bitmex, then the easiest thing to do is to install a second Sierra Chart and set the Service to SC Data - All Services (the default) and then you will have access to the other data, including Deribit.
