Since your Service is set to Bitmex Trading, you will not see the other data options. If you want/need to keep your service set to Bitmex, then the easiest thing to do is to install a second Sierra Chart and set the Service to SC Data - All Services (the default) and then you will have access to the other data, including Deribit.
