Hi, I signed up for the "SC All Data" services, but am seeing delayed for the futures market symbols. I have package 11. I have my trading account with IB, but I do not have it connected currently as the data feed there seemed alot slower, so I set my "Day/Trade Services Settings" to "SC All Data" and removed IB. Do I need to be signed up with Denali Exchange package to get live data for futures?

Yes, you need to be setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your live data. You have not completed all the necessary steps to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup. In particular, the exchanges have not been activated.
