Rithmic Direct-DTC Issue: Chart is not updating

Chart is not updating or downloading correctly.

I'm currently connected through Rithmic Paper Trading - Chicago Area - Aggregated. When I load up the chart NQU1-CME, it will give me two errors:
1) Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not specified.
2) Download failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for NQU1-CME. Exchange not specified.

Then I refer to the documentation and see that okay.. maybe the symbol is in the wrong format. I click File -> Find symbol and click on NQU1.CME. This should fix the problem but then I get this error:

Download Failed. Error downloaded historical intraday data for NQU1.CME. no data.

This problem DOES NOT happen when I am connected through the old Rithmic Trading w/ the Rithmic DTC bridge. The symbol format is in the old NQU1-CME and the chart loads completely fine.

You need to check with your broker and Rithmic to see if you are setup to be able to use the new interface. We are not sure if Rithmic may still be limiting its use.

Yes you do need to use the new symbol format as listed in File >> Find Symbol.

We do not think anything special has to be done on the Rithmic system for your account to support the new interface. Your existing Rithmic account should be fine.

I believe it is a symbol mapping issue. The chart will only load when the symbol has a '-' and not a '.'

Is this an issue that I will have to take up with Rithmic or is it an issue related to SC? I'm wondering if other users are experiencing the same problem or its just me. It was working for 1 day when I tried it last week but after that I encountered this issue.

Would you like me to paste the message log for the error?

Thank you. It works now. I had to switch my service package to 10 because I was previously on 5.
