no data for CME new contract (Sept and Dec 2021)

Since I rolled from June to September I can't see the daily data on daily chart. I can see the intraday data but when i switch to daily or weekly the system shows only one bar.

I have been following all the suggestion in the support board but they did not help.

We can not help with Interactive Brokers data issues.

We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead, which has much more historical data. Refer to the information here:

hello,
thank you for your message.
the problem is not related to CME but it's across all the assets (futures and stocks)
My source is Interactive Broker. The issue here is that I can't see the daily and weekly charts on anything.
I can only see intraday charts, this seems a bit odd to me.

can you please help with this ?

This is related to the Interactive Brokers data and we do not give any support for external data issues.

what does it mean that this is related to IB data.
Can you please explain instead of suggesting to get another provider?

It means that you are not getting the daily data due to Interactive Brokers not supplying it. We do not know why, you would need to ask them about this.

We do support and stand behind, our own data feeds. Which is why say that you really need to use our data feed in order to ensure that you get the data you need.

Interactive Broker is supplying the daily data as I can see the today daily bar.

I have sent a ticket to them, however I would like to speak to someone else of the support team who knows how to solve this issue.

We provide absolutely no help whatsoever for Interactive Brokers data:

You need to change your Service Package to 11 to use our data. See the instructions below.

That is all you need to do to access the Historical Daily data from our services. You do not need to pay any exchange fees.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
