my chart is 1min behind the other charts makes no sense

pic attached, something has happened to my one set of charts,
the 30min chart on left is calculating 1min behind the others
what setting needs to be tweaked? i havent changed anything to trigger this

First, check your Chart Time Zone to see if it is set to the same time zone, as what you show is 31 minutes behind.

But, we need more information to know what is happening. Please give us screen shots of the entire chart by using the Screen Capture options under the Edit menu.

Offhand, our best guess would be simply that these are for two different symbols in which case there could be differences in the trading times, or simply that there has not been a trade in one whereas the other is more active.

You cannot look at the timescale at the bottom to determine this. You need to look at the time in the Region Data Line at the top of the chart:
