I would like to deactivate ICEUS futures real time data. I wish to have ICEUS futures delayed intraday and historical daily data. What would be the cost to add CME group real time intraday and daily historical data? Thank you. |

To deactivate the ICE data feed, you will need to go the following page and deactivate the exchange and then deactivate the connection towards the top of the page. Let us know if you want us to take care of this for you. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures In order to get the CME data, you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We can not give you an exact cost as there are too many options, including how you pay for your package (multi month discounts) and which exchange options you need. Dear Support, Related to User875622 question: Can you please confirm that there is no delayed data available for ICEUS? Just because as far as I know, it can either be real-time (paid) or snapshot only, but not delayed. Thank you. |

There is no Delayed Streaming data for ICEUS (or other ICE data). It is just the "snapshot" data as you state. We assumed that was what the customer was referring to, but thank you for checking on the clarification.

I have gone to the page and deactivated ICEUS real time data. I cannot locate where you describe "and then deactivate the connection near the top of the page". Can you do that for me? And I wish to remain on "SC Historical Data Service" as I have been; which has been providing CME group and ICEUS futures historical daily and historical intraday data. I do understand that the intraday data is snapshot delayed at least 10 minutes. Thanks |
