Hi All,

this feature would be really useful across the board, regardless if you are a scalper or a portfolio manager.

The trader who uses %based stop would love this feature. I would love it at least.

I do trade intraday futures and fx and this tool would absolutely improve my productivity.

I love SC and I use it since ages now but I honestly started to look around due to this lack of tool.

Please SC team, implement this feature asap!

Thanks,
F

I agree that this would be a great functionality, particularly for FX and stock traders, where you have the ability to define your risk much more finely than with futures

For FX you can contact bradh as pointed out, if you want an extension for SC that is really pointed to stock traders doing proper risk management ,with all bells and whistles... I am writing one at the moment, but it also won't be free because there is a lot of functionality in it

more to come...

It will be different from Brads tool and not an adapted tool which was originally for FX for stocks.
Stock traders doing price action and volume trading, do have, as I know :) some other/more demands

Of course you can also ask Brad to adapt his tool for your needs or it might even fit you

I would have not been lucky with it (for stock trading), I will inform soon about the already built - and to come - functionality

Are there any planĀ“s to implement the feature "Order Quantity based on percentage/fixed $ amount stop loss" ?

I am also interested. It would be very helpful to configure same risk (e.g. 1000 Dollar) and the lot size is automaticlly calculated. In small time frames and volatile phases/markets (like Nasdaq), it can often be too fast to calculate the lot size manually, set it and then enter the trade.
