Anyone who manages risk by placing trades that are limited to a percent of their account balance (e.g. 1-2%) may be interested in the latest product from ForgivingComputers.com. The Risk-Based Futures Position Sizer uses the Chart Trade Menu (i.e. Right-Click) to place Market, Limit, and Stop orders with only 1-3 clicks. The amount risked is used with the Stop location, Available Balance, Risk Tolerance, and Margin Requirements to calculate and submit orders with the maximum number of contracts to keep you within your risk rules. Now you can place your stop where it matters and not spend time calculating the order quantity. Up to 5 Targets can also be placed with multiples of the Stop Offset. Quick Demo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFp3yU9Pbbk Product Information is here: https://forgivingcomputers.com/product/risk-based-futures-position-sizer/ |

Hello Brad, Amazing product u have out here, thank you. Where can I find more information on this product on what it can do and not? Eg of some of my qns: - Can I set both target and stop loss and let it figure out the quantity on based on a fixed risk amount? (Description usually says about setting stop loss only hence this question) - Is this product specifically for sizing? So things like scaling out etc still needs to be handled old-school in the event of multiple contracts? Please do advise, thanks! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-01-16 09:46:34

Setting the stop determines the risk, and then the number of contracts. Targets can be set if desired, but they are optional. The position size determined has no affect on scaling out. It only sets the order quantity for entering the trade. |

Hi Brad, I had a similar issue when submitting the Contact Us page just now; the 2nd time worked like a charm. |
