Hi there, previously i was suggested to contact AMP futures by Sierra. But AMP is very slow respond on me. And they always said they never recieve my email. Anyway, they make me worry. I never success to open an account because they said they never recieve my email. So, please advice me for other brokerage , so i can subscribe futures data with SierraChart. And please suggest me other then Interactive Broker, because they require high min amount for opening an account. |

AMP is recommended, only because they have a good deal where you only need $100 to open an account in order to qualify for the nonprofessional CME Group exchange fees. Otherwise, we do not have any specific broker that we would recommend. You will need to look around to see who has the best deal for you. hi there.. i found Optimus Futures and i see they have an options to use Sierra Chart. but they have additional charge which are $25 and $60 for Package 5. do i need to pay this while i am have existing subscription with Sierra Chart? DO i have to pay Shierra Chart data live again if I pay through Optimus Futures ? Thank you . |

We changed our policy a few months ago such that Sierra Chart is no longer available through brokers. So we do not know the charges are that Optimus is referencing with regards to Sierra Chart. You should be paying for your Sierra Chart directly to us and not be paying anything to the broker for the use of Sierra Chart. You would need to ask them what those fees are about. Hopefully they are just old information and you do not need to worry about it.
