Hello, I am trying to stop automatic update/roll over for futures contracts and the "symbol needs to roll over" reminder on my charts. Can you let me know how to disable so I can roll over manually when I want to? Also trying to figure out what happened to my Ludwig Levels (external) study. It was all working fine until my computer crashed this weekend. Now the levels don't appear to be showing up? Thanks Joal |

First, make sure the following is NOT Enabled Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 4 >> Detect Rollover of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based on Real Time Volume: General Settings Window: Detect Rollover Of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based On Real Time Volume (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Symbol) Then, if you want, you can enter additional days in the following setting to avoid the rollover messages completely: General Settings Window: Additional Days to Add to Rollover Date for Chart and Quote Board Rollovers (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Charts) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

In terms of the Ludwig Levels, since you do not have the study showing, then it implies that you are not getting it through the Sierra Chart File Distribution system. As such, you would need to ask the Developer to get you a new DLL, since you would have lost the file when your computer crashed.

Hello, I undertook first step below under General 4 tab. However every time I refresh a chart, it reverts back to the future I changed it from? Can you help pls Thx |

Then you have the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol enabled. Disable this and then change your symbol.
