Dear Support,

This has been going on for a while and has recently worsened.

After testing this on more than 4 different Internet connections and two different PC's

It is apparent that IQFeed is disconnecting quite often during the day.

Obviously this is very concerning.

Please Help

We have not heard this from other users or observed that ourselves.

We recommend contacting DTN about this . They should have some procedure in place to determine the cause of this.

We do testing with IQ Feed probably about once or twice a week and have not observed any obvious connection problems.
