I have logged into my account and filled out the agreements that were presented to me to see if that was the reason I stopped getting historical data. It did not fix the problem. I am using Rithmic as my data feed. Please advise.

Hello, but I pay the chart fee to Sierra and I cant get historic data when I rolled over contracts from June futures contract to the September contract!?

You should not be having any issue with the data from us. Is your chart setup as a Continuous Futures Contract Chart? hello, My continuous futures charts( ie zc# for corn) are not updating past june 3 2021. My specific contracts are updating fine. (zcz21 december 21 corn) I am running version 2273. How do i resolve this issue? thank you

User555930: When you say they are not updating past June 3 do you mean forward in time, or backward in time? User555930: It looks like you have a symbol of "ZC#". That is not an appropriate symbol. You would need to use "ZCN21-CME" (no quotes) for the July Corn contract. Make sure you update any other symbols that may be in the form of ??#. John, yes i know that zcn21 is the july corn contract. Until june 3 i was able to use zc# for a continuous corn contract...ie, march21, may21, july 21 all into one contract. ZC# was working fine until june 3rd

That is an old method for getting the Continuous Contract in Sierra Chart. We are surprised that it is even still working up to this point.
