COT is commitment of trader, it's the highest volume transacted in the bar. Thanks

Use this setting in Numbers Bars to highlight the Point of Control, i.e. highest volume traded: Numbers Bars: Highlight Point Of Control In "COT" is totally misused in this context. It's been hijacked by furu vendors. The strict definition of COT is the CFTC's Commitment of Traders report that is published weekly. Using it to describe the highest volume price (POC) or pullback information is really quite nonsensical and misleading and confusing for newer traders. |
