Good morning: I am receiving an error message when I log in that I have not received previously. It says symbol is unknown. Real time data for instrument F.US.CLE (corresponding to ID = 1) are not allowed. There is also a box below stating download failed and said result = 103 I am currently traveling on the east coast and this has only started since I have arrived. (not sure if this could be a problem) I am using my laptop but I had been logging on at home in California before I left with no problems. |

The general issue is that your exchange selection for the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on June 1, 2021, therefore the system is trying to get the data from CQG, but you are not setup to get the data from them either, therefore you are getting that error message. To fix the issue, just go to the following page (and login if necessary to the website) and scroll to the bottom and select Reactivate Exchange next to the exchange you want to reactivate: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices Or, if you want to select a different exchange, then go to the following page and select the exchange you want: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
