Good morning: I am receiving an error message when I log in that I have not received previously. It says symbol is unknown. Real time data for instrument F.US.CLE (corresponding to ID = 1) are not allowed. There is also a box below stating download failed and said result = 103 I am currently traveling on the east coast and this has only started since I have arrived. (not sure if this could be a problem) I am using my laptop but I had been logging on at home in California before I left with no problems. |
