I think this is the right place to ask this. I have logged in to my funded interactive broker account, but it seems I still have delayed data. Could you point me in the right direction.

Everything looks good in regards to your setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The one thing we want to point out is that you have the exchange CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals activated, therefore if you are looking for data that is on another CME Group exchange (such as GC (Gold) that is on COMEX), then you will not get that data in real-time.

If you are having a problem with a symbol that is traded on the CME exchange, then get us your message log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
