I have a question: I have a chart before, and it cannot be used after upgrading to version 2270. It prompts needs tu be recomliled to be used on this version 2270. I can use it normally after I drop the version back to 2148. What is the reason? However, I have a friend, we use the same chart, he can use it normally after upgrading from 2192 version to 2268 |

I saw in your forum (the .dll file no longer works with the current SC version). I have a chart that uses the .dll file. It can be used normally in version 2148. It cannot be used after I upgraded to 2268, but I don’t Will compile, this icon is also written by someone I paid for, I want to ask if you can recompile it for me

Yes, eventually, if not right away. You will definitely need to keep up with more recent releases. You do not need to be on the absolutely current release, but you will want to ensure that you do not fall more than 1 year behind. I haven’t done remote compilation, I’m just a custom study. It can run normally on version 2148. After upgrading to 2268, it prompts need to be recompiled to be used on this version 2268. I saw it when other users posted on the forum. SC no longer supports .dll files, so I think I need to recompile it, but for this self-defined study, I paid someone to do it, and I don’t know how to do it myself, so I wonder if you can help me recompile it.

Do you have the source code? We can not help if you do not have the source code. If you do not have the source code, then you will need to go back to the person that originally did the work and see if they will update and recompile for you. No. We would need the .cpp files, which is the actual source code, that is used to make the .dll. In order to be able to recompile you need to get with the original person who wrote you the code and either get them to update the DLL for you, or get you the source code. If you do get the source code, then we can help you recompile it.
