Hi Support, Using SC to get the data from TWS interactive brokers, the data is loading fine but it stops updating and then I need to disconnect and reconnect again to update. for example, if the time on the TWS chart is 11:50 , the bars are lagging on Sierra like on 11:20 and then I need to disconnect the Sierra connection and reconnect again to refresh the data. Is this expected ? |

even when I was registered with Denali, because there was the same issue -- I just switched to use IB only few days ago -- I can switch back to Denali but what is the reason of this issue -- even the volume data is not as shown in IB ! I am not using the snapshot data of IB even, it is a real time feed ! |

I will switch to Denali but how to make sure that the data is not updating from IB ? I need only to received all data from Denali and just use the API to push the trades to IB.. I think the setup is mixing Denali and IB when we " Allow support for sierra data feeds " in common settings -- how to disable completely the data updates from IB ? |

When you are setup properly with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then that will take precedence and your data will only be from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
