Hello, I used Sierra chart for AMP futures ( I no longer use them ) and other firms before but know I'm trying to use/connect to TransAct Futures (TransAct WS ) and it does not connect. They confirmed they activated on their side and I selected TransAct WS data feed. I deleted software and downloaded new one but I'm getting same message. TransAct is able to connect some how and he's able to see my old account. Is there way you can delete old account and he's not able to see. and assist me with my connect message that I'm getting as follows:

You are missing some information in the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings for TransAct. In particular, the Trade Account is not set, but you may also be missing others. Refer to the Setup Instructions for TransAct here to ensure you have everything setup:
