Sierra, I have filled out the first two market data agreements and have gotten email confirmation from Barchart stating that I am a non-professional; however, under "exchange agreements," I am still listed as a professional. Is there any way you can assist me in redeeming my non-professional status? Thank you, Andy Nguyen |
