No MBO Data - Tried Everything!

Was working until I switch account data from "CME with MDepth" to "CME with TOB". I may have done something in the "Global > Symbol Settings" but am not sure. See attached.
CURRENT SETTINGS AS FOLLOWS:
Updated to 2268 version
SC Server Settings Window
> yes & yes
Global > Symbol Settings
> Checked "use Custom Symbol Settings Values"
> Reduced "Minimum MBO... " to both 4 and 11 (neither works)
Chart Graphic Settings is set to Global
Customize Chart DOM Columns
> Combined Bid Ask Orders Column
Disconnected Reconnected

In order to get the MBO, you need to have an exchange with Market Depth data. So it was the switch between the exchange options that caused you the problem.
