Hello,

I would like to ask, if my account has been charged recenly (probably with Denali for $12.5) - if possible, can I ask for a refund and closing the Denali subscripion, please? I thought my subscription expieres on the 5th of June, but I noticed that some money has been taken from my account already.

I need to tak a few months break and I will be back as Sierra user.

You were charged $10.40 for the exchange fee for the COMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts. We do apologize, but the exchange fees are not refundable, as the exchanges do not give refunds.

We have gone ahead and set your account to not have a renewal selected. So it will definitely end on June 5 without any additional charges at this point.
