My DOM is totaly blocked !!

Hello,
I have a bug on the palteform with my DOM. I am in position and it is impossible to stop my orders, to put a stop and even to Flatten all!
My broker MR Maxime Etchart from Philip Capital is absent today and I have no possibility to act, neither via the platform nor via the CQG mobile app!!! I have to cut my positions immediately!

The error message since 05-31 12:41:34.976 is TRADE Order Error - CQG order update- status Rejected. No Margin available -
This has completely blocked the DOM! Impossible to stop or flatten!

First, you need to get a hold of your Broker or CQG in order to close your position. We have no way to do this for you.

The only thing we can do is refer you to the following setting which may be the issue you are having:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Hold Market Order Until Pending Cancel Orders Are Confirmed (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)

Hello and thank you for your feedback.
The link you sent me does not correspond to the resolution related to the problem encountered.
I have indeed closed positions, which still appear as open positions on the graph and appear in status ERROR on the Trade Orders Window. There is indeed a gap between the closed positions. So the last closed position appears as always open. So I have overnight positions that do not match my order book and that modify my P&L on my DOM??
As you can see on the screenshot, my positions are closed and unfortunately the last one appears as open?
This bug must be rectified seriously please

In this case, you have a missing order fill that did not come in from your trading service. Refer to the following to start with:
