Missing Data in DAX

Dear Support, I have the issue that I am missing data in the FDAX chart that I am currently trying to set up. I duplicated my chartbook for the ES to now be able to display the FDAX. I noticed that the data for all of April is missing, also February and January. What is also strange is that I tried to switch the value for "Date Range in File" to 2021-01-01 but it automatically switches back to the default value 2021-05-07. But then I dont understand why it is displaying data for March. I attached the chartbook. Please advise. |

Your FDAX data is coming from Interactive Brokers, as you are not setup to get the EUREX data through us (Sierra Chart). Therefore, what you are seeing is most likely due to a lack of historical data on their part. You would need to check with them on this.
