I have active Service package 11 + Denali Data feed + CME real time data activated (I have AMP futures account + IB)
Use Sierra Chart Data is set to Yes
The NB study collection (it works for ES futures contract) did not work for NVDA or MSFT stock symbols.
It is an Intraday chart
What am I missing/doing wrong?

Expand your price scale so you can see the information at each price.

We see you are using Interactive Brokers.

You need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the data required for Numbers Bars:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

And you would need to activate the US Equities exchange.

Interactive Brokers does not have the required data for that study.

Firstly, I thank you for replying during this long holiday weekend!

I am not a day trader of US Equities and typically only perform historical chart analysis on the weekends. (I have activated the Denali data feed for the live CME futures)
Therefore, I do not need Real Time Data feed for Equities.
My interpretation (after thorough reading of your excellent documentation and support Board threads) was that NB calculations (Bid volume and Ask Volume data) were available via SC Historical Data feed.
I have the following setting -
Global Settings > Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds - set to YES

In previous user's support board questions you have mentioned that NBs (Footprint Charts) for equities are possible using the SC historical data feed. Is this impression wrong?

If the only way to get NB Studies is by activating the US Equities exchange for real time data, then I will happily do that.
This incredibly powerful software is fun and at the same time a challenge to the intellect! I would gladly pay for the real time data feed but if I can get the values through the free SC historical data then why pay?

While I am waiting for your reply, here is another small issue -
The DTS window that comes up in my latest version of the SC looks different from what is shown in your documentation.
I have attached a screenshot of this window.
Thank you

An update -

I solved my problem using a separate installation of the SC and following the

Global > DTS >> SC Data - All Services and Disabled Allow Support for SC Data Feeds

I get the NB and delta studies fine using the included SC Historical data on US Equities with above method.

Please just refer to other issue I am having re. the different appearance of the DTS settings window.
Thank you!
An answer is almost always hidden somewhere in your documentation, understanding it and finding it the work necessary!

The image you provided of the Data/Trade Service Settings is the new windows that we are implementing. So what you are seeing is correct. Refer to the information here on these windows:
Settings Windows Interface

But, we updated all the images of the settings windows to show the new windows a few weeks ago, so if we missed a location, please let us know exactly where in the documentation. We did check the Data/Trade Service Settings page, in particular, and all the images are of the new windows.

It is possible that your browser has cached the old image and is therefore not displaying the new one. You would need to clear your image cache in order to ensure that you are seeing the updated images.

But, again, if you give us the link to the section where the old image is showing, we can tell you for sure if it has been updated or not.
