I just got off the phone with AMP, I have $128 in my account. In Sierra Charts trading platform in the Trade Account Monitor, It is showing a balance of $93.It was showing the same amount yesterday, I figured at midnight or at open it would re-set itself. How do I update this? Is this the reason why I cant place a live trade on the DOM, I verified my account, and it showing account is verified. As soon as I place a live trade on the DOM It dumps me out of TA:AC***** and switches my account to TA:Sim1 as soon as i click on the ladder, at the blink of an eye. You have your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. As such, the Account Balance that you are seeing is not correct, as it is not getting an update from your trading account, since you are not connected to your trading account. This is also why you can't place a trade, you are not connected to your trading account. Since you are with AMP, you should be setup to use CQG for your order routing. As such, you would need to go through the following Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you finish the above, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to the CQG symbols.
