You have your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services. As such, the Account Balance that you are seeing is not correct, as it is not getting an update from your trading account, since you are not connected to your trading account.

This is also why you can't place a trade, you are not connected to your trading account.

Since you are with AMP, you should be setup to use CQG for your order routing. As such, you would need to go through the following Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:

After you finish the above, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to the CQG symbols.

After that, you should be all set.
