Hi,

I want to trade futures from CME only (ES, MES...) and at the same time, I want real time US stocks data.
Also, I like AMP as my broker.

I think I have 2 options:

OPTION 1) Futures: Broker AMP + CQG + SC package 5. This is 11$/month (paid on AMP) + 28,8$/month (SC package 5)
US stocks real time data: SC Exchange Data Feed 25$/month + 10,50$ (exchange)

With this option, the data feed is different, so would I need to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart? Or just have a New Instance?

OPTION 2) Futures: Broker AMP + SC Denali Data Feed + CQG order routing only. Total: 36,8$/month (SC package 11)+10,4$ (exchange)
US stocks real time data: SC Exchange Data Feed 25$/month + 10,50$ (exchange)

Whith this option, the data feed is all from SC, so I wouldn't need to Install Multiple Copy of Sierra Chart and also wouldn't need any New Instance, is correct?
Also, the SC Denali Data Feed + CQG order routing only, which Global Settings>>Data/Trade Service correspond? Is CQG web API?

If you also know other option, I would appreciate.

Thanks in advance

You will want to use Sierra Chart Service Package 11:

Description of Service Packages and Pricing

And this includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

You will use CQG for order routing only.

Also, the SC Denali Data Feed + CQG order routing only, which Global Settings>>Data/Trade Service correspond? Is CQG web API?
Yes. Instructions are here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

And for stock data you would use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

And you would activate the US Equities exchange.

You will be able to access the stock data in the same instance of Sierra Chart that you have connected to CQG.

Hi,

For the futures CME (trading):
If I have the Package 11 (Denali Data Feed) and CQG for order routing only, then following the instructions, my Global Settings>>Data/Trade Service will be CQG Web API [trading] with setting "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" option to Yes. And I'll verify that the data feed is from SC with the [M] on the header of the chartbooks. It is clear.

Now, it comes to me the following doubt. For the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (US Equities real time data, no trading) following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_SierraChartSoftwareInstructions

on the point 7 it says: "To access the market data feed independent of a Trading account, you need to set the Service to SC Data - All Services." This is my case because I only want the data, no trading stocks. But if I only have 1 instance of SC as you say, then the current instance is already seleted for the CME futures: CQG Web API [trading] with setting "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" option to Yes.

So would I recieve the US Equities real time data without having set the Service to SC Data - All Services ?
In other words, would I recive the US Equities real time data by having set the Service to CQG Web API [trading] with setting "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" option to Yes?

Ovbiously with the US Equities exchange already activated, and having balance in my SC account, etc...

Thanks

In Step #7, the point is that you DO have a trading account, so you will leave the setting for the Current Connected Service as CQG Web API. Even though you are not trading with the U.S. Equities data, you are still using CQG for your futures trading. So leave that alone and you will still get the U.S. Equities data.
